Spicy Tuna Nori Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 can tuna

  • 2 nori sheets

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 1/2 tbsp avocado mayo

  • 1/2 tbsp sriracha

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1 stalk green onion

Directions (makes 1 serving):

  1. Chop your green onion and mix everything but your avocado and nori sheets together in a bowl.

  2. Slice your avocado and cut your nori sheets in half.

  3. Portion your spicy tuna mixture onto your nori sheet and top with your sliced avocado. Fold to create a hand roll. Repeat with the rest of your tuna mixture, nori sheets and avocado.
