What you’ll need:
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp yacon
2 tbsp protein powder
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/8 tsp peppermint extract
1 shot espresso
Dark chocolate shavings( optional)
Directions (makes 6 servings)
Combine all of your ingredients except the shot of espresso in a milk frother. If you don’t have a milk frother, whisk everything together on the stove in a small saucepan over medium heat until combined.
Brew your single shot of espresso.
In a cup, combine your shot of espresso with your hot cocoa mixture. Top with foam almond milk foam and chocolate shavings (optional). That’s it enjoy!
