What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 tsp yacon

  • 2 tbsp protein powder

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract

  • 1 shot espresso

  • Dark chocolate shavings( optional)

Directions (makes 6 servings)

  1. Combine all of your ingredients except the shot of espresso in a milk frother. If you don’t have a milk frother, whisk everything together on the stove in a small saucepan over medium heat until combined.

  2. Brew your single shot of espresso.

  3. In a cup, combine your shot of espresso with your hot cocoa mixture. Top with foam almond milk foam and chocolate shavings (optional). That’s it enjoy!
