Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/4 of a banana

  • 1 date

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp cardamom

  • Cacao nibs for topping
