Lemon Bliss Protein Balls

These lemon bliss protein balls are packed with healthy fats, protein and fibre - perfect for these long summer days! This balance of fat, carbs, protein and fibre will keep your cravings at bay and your hormones balanced and happy!

What you'll need for the salad:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup unsweetened, coconut shreds

  • 1/2 cup of protein powder

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric

  • 2 tablespoons lemon, zest

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • pinch of salt

Directions (makes 18 bites)

  1. Combine all of your ingredients in a large bowl. Form into balls and roll in in shredded coconut.

  2. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set and enjoy!
