High Protein Chips

What you’ll need:

  • 454g ground beef (or any ground meat of choice)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/8 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions (makes 4 servings):

  1. Mix all of your ingredients together and let sit for 20 mins.

  2. Preheat your oven to 375F

  3. Between two pieces of parchment roll beef into a very thin layer, then bake for 33-35mins. At about the 20 minute mark remove from oven and cut into triangles. Put the chips back into the oven until crispy (about another 10-15 minutes).

  4. Let chips cool and then dip in guacamole or salsa for high protein snack!
