Golden Paste

I add this anti-inflammatory paste to my meals every day. It's packed with powerful ingredients that help reduce inflammation and promote clear, glowing skin! What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup ground turmeric

  • 1 tbsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp cloves

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup EVOO or coconut oil

Directions (makes 1 serving):

  1. Add all the ingredients except for the EVOO in a medium pan.

  2. Cook over medium high heat for 5-8 minutes or until a smooth paste is formed.

  3. Remove the pan from the heat and now add the EVOO. Mix well.

  4. Let the mixture cool down.

  5. Transfer in clean glass jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month.

  6. Use as required. That’s it…ENJOY!!
