Buffalo Chicken Dip
This buffalo chicken dip is perfect for game-day or any weekend get together. Because you can eat the foods you love AND balance your hormones and lose the weight for good, all at the same time. I swapped out the cream cheese for goat cheese and sheep cheese in this recipe for a good reason. Sheep & goat cheese > cream cheese when it comes to your hormones! They’re easier to digest, lower in lactose, and free of A1 casein (which can trigger inflammation). Plus, they’re packed with healthy fats that support happy hormones. Swap it in and thank me later!
What you need:
3 chicken breasts, cooked
1 cup sheep yogurt
1/4 cup avocado mayo @chosenfoods
1/2 cup franks buffalo red hot
1/2 cup goats cheese
1/4 cup green onions
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
+Celery sticks for dipping
+1/4 cup Halloumi and more green onions on the top
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking disk with parchment paper. Set aside.
Shred chicken. I like to use my hands but you also can use two forks.
In a bowl mix all together all of your ingredients, except 1/4 cup halloumi cheese and green onions for garnish, until fully combined.
Transfer your dip mixture over to your parchment lined dish. Top with remaining 1/4 cup halloumi cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Garnish with some extra green onions and serve with fresh celery sticks and ENJOY!!!
