With the crunch of fresh cucumber, savory tuna, and a flavor-packed drizzle of sesame oil, coconut aminos, and sriracha, this snack is as satisfying as it is nourishing. Topped with everything bagel seasoning, it’s the perfect way to fuel your day without sacrificing time or taste.

All you’ll need for:

  • 1 english cucumber

  • 1 can of tuna

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

  • 2 tsp coconut aminos

  • 1/2 tsp yacon

  • 1/2 tsp sriracha

  • Pinch of salt

  • Everything bagel seasoning to garnish

Directions:

  1. Slice your cucumbers in half lengthwise to create 2 long piece. Scoop out seeds with a spoon to create well for your boats.

  2. Combine the rest of your ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Scoop your tuna into your boats and top with some everything bagel seasoning. NOTE: a snack is 1 serving a meal is 2 servings
