What you’ll need:
1.5 cup 85% dark chocolate
3/4 cup almond butter
2 tbsp yacon
1/2 cup protein powder
2 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1/3 cup crushed candy canes
Directions (makes 24 servings)
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt chocolate in a bowl with almond butter until smooth.
Mix in your protein powder until smooth. Depending on consistency you might want to add 1 tsp coconut oil. Add in yacon and peppermint extract.
Pour your mixture into your loaf pan and sprinkle with candy canes. Set in the fridge for 1 hour. Cut into 24 pieces and that is it, enjoy!
