De-Puff Smoothie

Beat the bloat and de-puff with this delicious green smoothie! It’s packed with protein to keep you full and satiated combined with specific ingredients that are packed with digestive enzymes to help reduce bloating and puffiness.

In a blender, combine:

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1/3 cup frozen papaya

  • 1 cup frozen spinach

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 6 mint leaves

  • 2 tbsp aloe vera juice

  • the juice of 1/2 a lemon

Directions (makes 1 smoothie)
